My security camera uses the 18650 cell as it is a wireless unit. When I charge the battery, I noticed that it cannot fully charge, and it only reaches about 60 percent of charge potential. I use my mobile phone USB charger which outputs 5V and 2A. Ccleaner pro crack. The seller suggested that I should be using a different charger that outputs 10V. I really would like the device to be charged to its fullest so I don't have to keep charging the unit. Can you confirm that a more powerful charge is the right thing to do. Thanks in advance.
